Job Description
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat to provide exceptional Customer Service.
- Convert into booked appointments.
- Look up customer accounts so you can respond to customer requests, resolve issues, and promote the brand.
- Establish rapport and encourage repeat business through open and interactive solutions.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Adhere to the company’s plan for resolving customer complaints quickly and favorably.
- Maintain and update customer database with complete and accurate information.
- Go the extra mile and engage the customer, upsell products or services to customers when appropriate.
- High school degree
- 3+ years of relevant Customer Service experience, preferably with a small business
- Desired industry experience: Any trades, plumbers, Hvac, electrician, technology, etc that is service oriented.
- Proven track record with Customer Service skills and practices.
- Have a good working understanding of Microsoft office (Outlook, Excel, Word), phone systems, technology, CRM.
- Highly organized and exceptional follow-through abilities.
- Verbal and written communications.
- Experience in an office environment, engaging personality, goal driven team player.
- Exceptional phone manners and active listening skills.
- Understand and embrace new technology.
- Customer oriented, with the ability to demonstrate empathy, adaptability and respond to different situations accordingly.
