- Provide an exceptional customer service experience to App State Hickory Campus visitors
- Answering phones and greeting guests
- Experience with google suite (google calendar and email)
- Manage Front Desk Operations
- Operate general office equipment (Copier, shredder, telephone system, etc.)
- Ensure building lobby and reception desk is well kept
- Manage and/or work closely with student workers
- Responsible for distribution of office keys to faculty
- Maintains and issues supplies
- Assist with room and office reservations and scheduling
- Position must always model positive communciations and engage with visitors, faculy, staff, students, and contractors in a respectful and professional manner.
