Description:
- Customer Service Rep I handles Customer Service inquiries and problems.
- Making outbound calls through our dialer on specific based mortgage campaigns - upwards of 50+ calls daily
- Receiving inbound customer calls - Identify what are the customer’s needs and then route them to the appropriate department.
Skills & Qualifications:
-1-2+ years of outbound Customer Service or call center experience required
-Mortgage, Banking, Financial industry experience preferred (not required)
