Position:Customer Service Specialist (Part-Time Summer Internship) Location:Toms River NJ

Responsibilities:
• Assist customers with inquiries, appointments, and service requests via phone, email, and in-person interactions
• Provide exceptional Customer Service by addressing concerns, resolving issues, and offering solutions promptly and courteously
• Coordinate with service technicians and dispatch team to schedule appointments and ensure timely service delivery • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service requests for future reference
• Assist with administrative tasks as needed to support the Customer Service department Qualifications:
• Currently enrolled college student or teacher preferred
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Customer-focused with a positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond to assist customers
• Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with office software applications
• Prior Customer Service experience is a plus, but not required Benefits:
