Remote Customer Service Specialist

We are seeking a bright and enthusiastic Customer Service Specialist to join our Team.

This position is fully remote – the candidate must reside within the United States.

Shifts Available:

• 11:00 am – 7:00 pm
• 12:30 pm - 8:30 pm

Are you an energetic team player with excellent communication skills? Your personable phone manner, positive energy and problem-solving skills will be fully utilized as you uphold our high Customer Service standards.

The right candidate for this position is a self-starter with previous Customer Service experience and a working knowledge of MS office.

We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist who can:

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, concerns, and requests via phone, email, or live chat
• Place orders and keep accurate records of customer interactions
• Resolve customer issues by taking ownership and following through to a satisfactory resolution
• Work independently as well as part of a Team while maintaining a positive and enthusiastic attitude
