Busquem una persona amb una sòlida experiència en el desenvolupament i implementació de campanyes efectives d'email màrqueting. Aquesta posició requereix una combinació de creativitat, pensament estratègic i competències tècniques per impulsar l’engagement i la conversió del nostre canal d'email.

Responsabilitats

• Estratègia i planificació de campanyes:

• Desenvolupament i execució d’estratègies integrals d’Email Marketing alineades amb els objectius generals.

• Planificar i programar campanyes d’Email Marketing, tenint en compte la segmentació de l'audiència per obtenir resultats òptims.

• Col·laborar amb l’equip per alinear les campanyes d’Email Marketing amb altres iniciatives del departament.

• Col·laborar amb l’equip de màrqueting i editorial per produir continguts visuals i eficients.

• Proves A/B per optimitzar i millorar el rendiment de totes les comunicacions.

• Utilitzar anàlisi de dades i segmentació per dirigir-se a audiències específiques amb missatges a mida.

• Implementar estratègies de personalització per millorar l’experiència de l’usuari i augmentar l’engagement.

• Seguiment i anàlisi de les principals mètriques.

• Generar informes periòdics sobre el rendiments de les campanyes i proporcionar informació pràctica per la millora constant.

• Respondre a les consultes d’usuaris rebudes a través del correu d’atenció al client.

• Gestió d’invitacions per mail a esdeveniments.

• Habilitats analítiques

• Excel·lents habilitats de comunicació escrita i atenció al detall.

• Es valoraran els coneixements d’HTML i CSS per la personalització de plantilles.

• Experiència en atenció al client o gran disposició per gestionar la relació amb els usuaris.

• Familiaritat amb eines de marketing automation i sistemes CRM.

• Pensament creatiu amb una mentalitat estratègica.

• Persona orientada al detall i als resultats.

• Gran capacitat de gestió de projectes.

• Capacitat per adaptar-se en un entorn de treball ràpid i dinàmic.
