Customer Service And Data Entry Specialist

We are a dynamic and rapidly growing professional hair care product importing company based in Wayne NJ, servicing the salon market across North America. We have an opening for a Customer Service position that we’re looking to fill.

Responsibilities Include:

· Order processing (sales orders, invoices, returns, credit memos, etc.)

· Daily interaction with various levels of customers (distributors, salons and end users)

· Answering customer queries, from simple questions such as stock check or order status to product description questions which require some knowledge of our company’s products (training will be provided)

· Build and maintain quality relations with customers and outside sales people

· Understand, research and resolve customer problems and concerns in a timely manner

· Monitor scheduled shipment dates to ensure timely delivery and expedite as needed

· Various ad-hoc office tasks as needed

Experience & Skills:

· 2+ years office based Customer Service experience required in a B2B environment

· Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office and QuickBooks a plus)

· Familiarity with professional beauty industry preferred

· Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required

· Willingness and ability to rapidly learn product details, including sizes, pricing and basic product performance descriptions (training will be provided)

· Fast learner who’s able to multitask and perform duties with minimal supervision

· Strong attention to detail

· Understanding of inventory, warehouse, as well as shipping operations

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
