Job Description
We are seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join our team! You will be responsible for helping clients by providing insurance products and services. Must be willing to obtain an Insurance Customer Service Representative License (4-40) with 30-60 days.
Responsibilities:
- Handle client inquiries and service insurance client files.
- Provide information about the insurance products and services.
- Document and update client records based on interactions
- Handle marketing tasks

- Previous experience in Customer Service, sales, or other related fields
