Position: Customer Service Specialist
Type: Contract
Duration: 9 months (with potential to convert to permanent)
Location: Bradenton, FL (Onsite everyday - Once the role converts to permanent, there are remote/work from home options available.)
Start Date: May 6, 2024
Pay Rate: $18/hour
Shift: Monday - Friday between 8am-5:30pm.
Hours: 34-40 hours per week, depending on call volume.
Description:
Customer Service Specialist will answer incoming calls in a professional manner and provide a fast, accurate and friendly experience for all customer inquiries. You will be responsible for handling all customers concerns and making sure the all customers’ needs are met.
Responsibilities:
- Provide information or guidance to customers using a positive, empathetic and professional approach
- Use appropriate tools and resources to reach a complete and accurate resolution focusing on one call resolution
- Develop and maintain product, process and technical knowledge related to services
- Exhibit effective verbal and interpersonal communication skills tailored to the audience
- Meet the performance goals established for the position in the areas of efficiency, schedule adherence, quality, customer satisfaction and attendance
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- 1 year of Customer Service experience, inbound call center experience in a fast-paced environment is a plus
- Strong computer skills with the ability to navigate efficiently between applications, including Microsoft Office
- Minimum of 30 words per minute typing skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact with varying personalities
- Bi-lingual (Spanish) is a plus
