Senior Customer Service Specialist (Escalations Team)

Responsibilities:
- Consistently provide outstanding Customer Service to our clients.
- Moderating and responding to website questions and reviews.
- Work with other members of the team to resolve complex issues.
- Communicating with Veterinarian offices via calls and emails
- Maintain an excellent working knowledge of all Allivet products, systems, and processes.
- Meet KPI’s for your assigned role on the team.
- Other tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Customer Service Experience: 1-2 years
- Must be Bilingual – English and Spanish
- Proficient written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Longevity in previous positions
- High School diploma required
- Pet healthcare experience is a PLUS
