Responsibilities:

• Consistently provide outstanding Customer Service to our clients.
• Moderating and responding to website questions and reviews.
• Work with other members of the team to resolve complex issues.
• Communicating with Veterinarian offices via calls and emails
• Maintain an excellent working knowledge of all Allivet products, systems, and processes.
• Meet KPI’s for your assigned role on the team.
• Other tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• Customer Service Experience: 1-2 years
• Must be Bilingual – English and Spanish
• Proficient written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent Customer Service skills
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Longevity in previous positions
• High School diploma required
• Pet healthcare experience is a PLUS

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
