Schedule and Hours
Monday through Friday, 8 00 am to 5 00 pm.

Job Title Duties and Responsibilities
Provide consistent, superior Customer Service, ensuring all customer needs and request are identified and addressed, maintained a high level of customer satisfaction at all time
- Respond in a timely manner to all order requests and submitted quotes
- Delivery follow up
- Enter customer information into database
- Support sales targets
Job Title Qualifications and Requirements
- Excellent Customer Service and communications skills
- One year experience in CSR
- Must be detail-oriented with good organizational skills
