Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and assisting them with their financial needs. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.
Duties:
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person
- Assist customers with loan origination process, including gathering necessary documentation and explaining terms and conditions
- Provide accurate and timely information about our financial services, products, and processes
- Process customer transactions, such as payments, withdrawals, and account updates
- Resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional and efficient manner
- Maintain customer records and update account information as needed
- Adhere to Fair Housing regulations and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
- Utilize accounting software and 10-key typing skills to accurately process financial transactions
- Collaborate with other team members to improve overall customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a Customer Service role preferred
- Strong negotiation skills to effectively address customer concerns
- Proficient in using computer systems and software applications, including Quicken and accounting software
- Basic math skills for accurately processing financial transactions
- Knowledge of TILA (Truth in Lending Act) regulations is a plus
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
