Bartending experience is a must! Previous management experience is a plus!

Compensation includes salary plus monthly bonus opportunities and health insurance.

Responsibilities include managing and exceeding monthly sales goals, hiring/training/firing employees; Ensuring all policies and procedures are being followed by all staff; Bar inventory and ordering; Creating employee schedules; Proficiency of POS and payroll systems; Effective communication with all employees; Sales and invoice reporting; General building and equipment maintenance – ensuring maintenance issues are resolved with the utmost urgency; Overseeing and scheduling DJ’s; Professionally handling all customer disputes, complaints, and disturbances; Coordinating with HR for all employee onboarding, certification requirements, compliance, and employee disciplinary issues; Coordinating with corporate staff for all operational needs.
