Responsibilities
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly Customer Service.
- Work daily computer and phone tasks to follow up with customers on payments, documents and other policy needs
- Answer phones and help walk-in customers with payments and other Customer Service related needs.
Requirements
- Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
- Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
- Must have ability to multi-task.
- A Property & Casualty license is preferred but will train good individual.
- Great Customer Service Skills.
- Basic computer and Phone Skills
- Problem-Solving Capabilities.
- No insurance experience required but must be willing to learn
