Allstate - Staci Boudreaux Agency is looking to add a Customer Service Representative to our team. You will have the option of working in either our Carencro or Lafayette location. Staci Boudreaux Agency has been in the Lafayette and Carencro area for 20 years and our agency is rapidly growing, with 3 locations serving Louisiana and Texas. We are committed to providing exceptional service and we are looking for a detail oriented CSR with excellent communication skills.
As a Customer Service Representative at our agency, you will be one of the first point of contacts for our clients, offering support, guidance, and solutions to their insurance inquiries. Your role is vital in ensuring the satisfaction and peace of mind of our valued customers.

Salary: $25000.00 - $45000.00 per year

Responsibilities
Client Assistance: Assist customers with inquiries and policy changes in professional and friendly manner.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Product Knowledge: Stay informed about our insurance products and services to offer relevant information to customers.
Requirements
Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.

Computer Proficiency: Basic knowledge of computer applications and comfort with learning new systems.
P&C Insurance license is preferred, but not required. You must be willing to obtain the license in 90 days. Training is provided and you will have the opportunity for growth into a Sales Agent role.
