Overview We are excited to announce an opportunity to join Enterprise's Car Sales division as a Customer Service Representative at our Baton Rouge, LA location! This role will be a full time position to provide administrative support to the Baton Rouge Car Sales Dealership.  The Car Sales administrative representative will provide a high level of Customer Service and support to both internal and external customers. Responsibilities Customer ServiceAssist in post-sale trade follow up, including collecting clean title, assist with trade payoffs and following up with the team responsible for trade salesFollow up with customers to collect information/stipulations needed for fundingFollow up with customer post-sale to help facilitation or ensure completion of AMO installsHandle customer inquiries related to financing, warranties or other Customer Service issuesTrack all customer requests in SalesforceAdministrativeOrganize and ensure accuracy and completion of all paperwork for each customer transactionBreak down and package deals to send to shared servicesAssist in monitoring Weekly Status Report (WSR) and notifying mgmt. of discrepanciesComplete monthly reporting for shared services and managementComplete and send DMV paperworkFollow up with recon on previously ordered keys and manuals for current dealership inventoryAccounts payable and receivable supportTag and title follow up for current dealership inventoryAssist with ECOA (Equal Credit Opportunity Act) File reviewFinance SupportReview credit applications for accuracy and complianceComplete final sale paperwork with customers (obtain signatures)Follow up with lenders on all funding, including discrepancies, delays or questionsEqual Opportunity Employer/Disability/Veterans Qualifications High School diploma or GED equivalent requiredMust be at least 18 years oldMust have a minimum of 5 years of work experience in an Administrative position.Must accept pay 40,000.00/yrMust be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.Apart from religious observations, must be able to work the following schedule:Monday - Friday 9:00 am - 6:00 pm  Competency Based Qualifications:Strong Customer Service skills and the ability to project patience, empathy and listening skills to handle tough customer scenariosExcellent written and verbal communication skillsTime management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasksAbility to perform general math calculations and analyze dataProficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office.Strong verbal and written communication skills.This posting is for the Baton Rouge, LA Car Sales Dealership - 6255 Siegen Lane Baton Rouge, LA 70809.
