Job description
This Customer Service Representative will assist customers via phone, email and web-based systems.
The ideal candidate for this position is highly organized and able to multitask in a fast paced environment. Must be proficient in typing and have good communication skills.
The ideal candidate will be familiar with computers and committed to learning our web-based program quickly.
Responsibilities:
Provide Customer Service to others on behalf of the company.
Effectively manage inbound and outbound calls (must enjoy being on the phone)
Call and schedule appointments
Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
Document conversations in our database and provide to the customer.
Utilize our mapping system to assist in scheduling appointments.
Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication with clients, shops, and appraisers.

Shift:
Monday to Friday ·8-hour shift
(8am to 5pm or 8:30am to 5:30pm w/lunch from 12pm to 1pm each shift)
