Position Overview
The Customer Service Representative works with the CS team and CS Manager to support all aspects of customer care and customer outreach. The CS Representative will work to drive repeat business by ensuring successful and timely order fulfillment, and overall client satisfaction.
This position is based on site in our Chambersburg, PA fulfillment center.
Responsibilities:
- Properly handle customer requests and/or order concerns; work with clients and internal partners to resolve any escalations.
- Support efforts of our off-site Call Center to ensure issues are handled in a timely manner.
- Manage and/or update orders as needed in the Order Management System
- Assist in End of Season projects
- Offer partnership and support in other areas of the business based on project or business need.
- The Customer Service Rep and team will stay up to date on OCM?s various products & product knowledge, programs, and line of businesses; and work with a diverse group of teams
