Customer Service Representative

Nesco Resource is hiring a Customer Service Representative in the Pittsburgh area. This is a Monday - Friday role from 8:00am - 5:00pm. You will play a critical role in our customer interface. The ideal CSR takes ownership as the primary internal customer contact for service, information regarding our products, prices, and availability. The CSR will develop and maintain positive relationships with our clients and corporate personnel with a focus on teamwork and collaboration in an effort to acheive our collective sucess.
Essential Duties:

• Respond to customer inquiries regarding our products.
• Prepare quotations, enter orders, and track shipments.
• Ensure that all customer complaints or concerns are addressed in a timely manner.
• Collect and capture all pertinent customer information and data.
• Perform all duties as assigned, including but not limited to:

Process daily invoices and other administrative tasks as needed.
Assist in Warehouse as needed.
Provide additional back up support to internal employees where needed.
Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Business to business Customer Service experince is a plus.
• Understanding of Microsoft office suite of products.
• Strong work ethic, organization, and attention to detail.
• Keeps communication clear, straightforward, and uses appropriate technical terms.
• Collaboration with team members to resolve issues and achieve goals.
• Must be able to lift, push, or move 20 pounds unassisted.
