Job Summary:
Responds to customer inquiries by telephone, email, or chat to provide basic technical problem resolution. Resolves routine and basic problems and communicated solutions or requested information to the customer.

- Work a hybrid schedule both remote and onsite at our Pittsburgh office
- Receive and respond to inbound calls, emails and chat from customers regarding technical support, billing and domain registration services
- Monitor tasks on the dashboard to support the team in quickly resolving tickets
Required Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent Customer Service skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
- Proficient with a computer and technologies such as Google Office Suite.
- Linux/Unix experience
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Associates or Bachelors degree preferred
- Familiarity with Apache, PHP, DNS, MySQL and email technologies.
- Familiarity with Ubuntu
Pay Range:
- $18 - $20 USD / hour
