SalaryAnimal Hospital of Dauphin County (HERSHE Y ROAD LOCATION) is an AAHA Accredited Hospital Seeking a Part-Time Customer Service Representative to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues.
Responsibilities:
- Check Clients in and Invoice clients out
- Provide information about the Veterinary products and services we provide
- Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
Qualifications:
- 1 year of previous experience in the Veterinary field preferred
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Basic Veterinary Terminology
Schedule is : 7:15a-4:30p Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays
$15-$15.25/hr Compensation based on experience.
The Animal Hospital of Dauphin County has been caring for pets in the greater Harrisburg and Hershey communities since 1962. We started out in a small, three-bedroom house (now home to our business offices). After several expansions, we now work in a 6,000 square-foot, fully equipped animal hospital. We focus on prevention and early detection of diseases, which allows for more effective treatment and a longer life for the pets that we care for. We update our testing methods and treatments through continuing education and by consulting with specialists in many disciplines.

Pay: $15.00 - $15.25 per hour
