Customer Service Representative/Account Manager

UIS Insurance & Investments is looking for an enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to add to our growing team in Ottawa, Ohio! In addition, this position works a 32-hour work week (four eight-hour days). This position will be in our office and interacting within a team environment.

Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• monitoring client accounts for changes
• preparing client forms and paperwork necessary for all account types
• running client portfolio reports
• calculating RMDs
• processing trade requests from both clients as well as the advisor
• ensuring all changes are done in a timely manner

Applicants should have strong Customer Service, computer, and time management skills. Attention to detail and organization skills are encouraged. This position will work directly with the Financial Advisor to build a strong and successful team-oriented atmosphere.

A background check will be required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.23 - $22.84 per hour
