Customer Service Representative

Officers Driving School & Driving Schools of Ohio are well known for safety and quality instruction and has been serving the families of Northern Ohio and the surrounding areas for nearly 20 years. We have built our legacy by incorporating defensive driving techniques into our Instructor Training programs.

We are looking for a few full and part-time Customer Service Representatives to support our Office operations and help our teenagers get the information they need to get their driver's license.

Do you enjoy talking (text and email too) with customers, coordinating schedules for our instructors and students, and working with others in a small office?

The Customer Service Representative must be able to speak with students and parents by phone and use our driving school software to easily update their in-car lessons!

This is the most convenient way for our customer support office to assist our teenagers with this important step in their lives.

Your duties will include:

• Assisting our students and parents by phone, text or email through our website database scheduling system.
• You will support them on how to navigate our fully functional in car "SELF SCHEDULING" system.
• The office, the students, and their parents have 24/7 access to Instructor schedules.
• Consistent schedules and easy to fill in time slots, if changes are needed.
• Our busy students and parents can enroll and pay online at their convenience.
• This technology expedites the entire process and your office support time!
• Efficient office operations and assisting with running database reports.
• A casual dress code and co-workers and Instructors to collaborate with.
• A friendly environment with caring people!
