JOB SUMMARY: Coordinates and performs all distribution center data entry functions to ensure accurate and timely information for customers and for the Company. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Enters or processes data on a daily basis for several distribution center functions, including billing, purchase orders, delivery invoices to provide internal and external customers with accurate information, reduce errors, improve Customer Service, contain costs, and facilitate smooth operations. Answers and places telephone calls using the highest level of Customer Service.
Takes calls from customers, troubleshoots any issues with ordering or deliveries and answers any customer questions. This often requires additional research and customer follow up. Routinely communicates with stores to obtain fax and AOS/ROP information to create orders, to provide stores with information regarding new products, promotions, and to allow them to plan effectively.
File maintenance of invoices, credits and charges. Performs other related and assigned duties as necessary.
