Responsibilities of Account Manager
- Greet customers in a professional manner, both on the telephone and face to face
- Obtain and maintain current Ohio insurance license, provided by the agency
- Provide customers with information, process requested changes and payments
- Answer phone calls and direct callers to the appropriate party
- Coordinate, schedule and confirm appointments and meetings
- Investigate policy changes and be able to explain those to customers
- Quote, write and issue personal lines insurance
Qualifications of Account Manager
- High school diploma required; associates degree preferred
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility and team oriented
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in an office setting
- Excellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize, and comfortable working independently
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills, including strong spelling, grammar, and punctuation
- Must be committed to providing outstanding Customer Service and demonstrate strong interpersonal skills
- Extensive attention to detail
- Exceptional computer skills and ability to operate general office equipment
- Ability and willingness to “dig-in” to find answers
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $33,000.00 - $35,000.00 per year
