Rain One is central Ohio’s leading irrigation company. We are now hiring for a Customer Service Representative that shares our standards and work ethic. We pride ourselves in delivering unmatched Customer Service and building and maintaining strong customer relationships. Applicants must be punctual, have a strong work ethic, outgoing, friendly, detail-oriented, able to multi-task and have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Key duties include:

• Answering incoming phone calls
• Returning voicemails
• Replying to emails
• Scheduling customer appointments
• Creating work orders

Skills:

• Ability to answer a multi-line phone system professionally and cheerfully
• Great written and oral communication skills
• Sales acumen and persuasive skills.
• Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in non-commercial Customer Service/home services preferred
• Experience with Service Titan software a plus
• Basic understanding of Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, and Excel)

Schedule:

Hours would range from 40-50 hours per week. During peak season the schedule will be M-F 7am-5pm. Peak season begins in March and ends in late June. As needs dictate there is potential for the 40-50 hours to extend through the summer into the fall. Hours are reduced in November through February.

Experience and License Requirements

• Customer Service
• Microsoft Office
• Scheduling
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional Customer Service education or certification is a plus.
• Service Titan experience (preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $23.00 per hour
