Job Description
The Credit9 Customer Service Representatives interact directly with our customers. They will be supported and work directly with the Supervisor of Loan Servicing . They will ensure accurate and timely delivery of tasks and responsibilities and will also work with and be supported by team leads from other C9 departments . The representative will adhere to all company policies and procedures as it relates to the servicing of our portfolio. The Customer Service Representative represents the company in a professional and enthusiastic manner by providing an exceptional and consistent level of Customer Service to both internal and external customers. The representative is the customer's voice” and serves as the first critical point of interaction for matters of daily loan servicing and matters of concern. Performs all duties as assigned and delegated by the department supervisor.
This role is open to candidates within a commutable distance of our Irvine, CA office. This role is non-exempt hourly and pays $17.00 - $19.00 an hour, dependent on experience. This role is open to candidates who do not require visa sponsorship.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all customer interactions via telephone, email, chat and text.
- Support of Loan Servicing teams as assigned.
- Meeting daily and monthly goals.
- Achieving high level of customer satisfaction.
- Professionally handling escalated Customer Service issues.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of Customer Service experience with a focus on Loan Servicing
- Loan Servicing, specifically for unsecured, debt consolidation and personal loans.
- Proficiency with MS Office programs (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.) and Google Suite.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Superior multi-tasking skills
- Professional presentation and demeanor
Education:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
