- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing timely and accurate responses to inquiries, concerns, and requests for information
- Work with clients to resolve any issues or problems they may encounter, escalating issues to the appropriate department as necessary
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions, including communication history, issues, and resolutions
- Collaborate with our sales team to ensure that our customers receive the best possible service
- Stay up-to-date on industry regulations, compliance requirements, and changes in contract requirements
- Proactively communicate with clients to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, focusing on building long-term partnerships and increasing customer loyalty
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
- 2+ years of experience in Customer Service or related field
- Aerospace experience preferred
- To conform to U.S. export control regulations, applicant should be eligible for any required authorizations from the U.S. Government.
- Proficient in spoken and written English
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software
