Job Duties:
Job Duties:
- Understanding the main functions of the CRM and ERP systems.
- Learn the terminology of the materials and the product lines.
- Getting Familiar with the Quote Form.
- Work with other functions of the company to complete quotes, resolve customer questions and resolve internal questions to customers.
- Learning the Record keeping structure.
- Capture information for department indicators.
- Participate, Document, and create a schedule for the call out program.
- Keep CRM Updated with assigned accounts.
- Customer Follow ups for quotes and potential opportunities.
- Review Shipment list to verify on time and keep customers updated with their deliveries. Participates on the daily CSR/Manufacturing meeting and comes ready with questions and open to provide solutions.
- Participates in any other program stablished by the company.
- Perform activities assigned by his/her manager.
- Follows Graphel's Handbook, Policies and Safety rules.
- Basic Math, MS Office basic knowledge, ERP & CRM basic knowledge, excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Additional knowledge/skill/experience Deep understanding of Margins and How quotes affect financials.
- Additional knowledge/skill/experience ERP & CRM Intermediate to advance knowledge.
