We are searching for a full-time, positive, self-motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team with a strong passion to go above and beyond for customers. The ideal candidate will combine exceptional Customer Service and strong problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues.

We need an individual that performs well under pressure and adapts to an ever-changing environment. The objective is to provide exceptional Customer Service and to maintain high customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will join a growing team of highly collaborative and motivated individuals located in our Cincinnati office with a hybrid schedule, working mostly on site in Cincinnati with the occasional remote work done from home.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with service and support issues (via phone, email and live chat)
- Resolve issues utilizing tools, resources, business judgment and expertise, and appropriate partnerships
- Create exceptional Customer Service interactions resulting in sales and customer base growth
- Order entry and verification
- Returns processing
- Operational support
- Other responsibilities as required
Required Skills, Experience and Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous retail experience, optical/sunglass retail experience preferred
- Commitment to providing resolution to customer issues on the first contact
- Team player who is goal-oriented, positive and self-motivated
- Strong ability to multi-task with excellent time management skills
- Strong ability to adapt to ever-changing environment
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem solving and communication skills
- High level of integrity
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Analytical
- Experience with Microsoft Office
- Intermediate PC knowledge, fluent with Internet and mainstream web browsers
