Job Title: High Level Receptionist
Job Type: Full-Time - Monday - Friday, 7:30 am - 4:00 pm
Salary: $25 hr. + depending on experience
Job Description:
As a High Level Receptionist at Bunger Steel, you will play a crucial role in maintaining smooth office operations and providing essential support to our sales team. Your responsibilities will include managing office supplies, assisting the sales team with various tasks, greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and handling mail. Responsibilities:
- Maintain and order office supplies to ensure smooth office operations.
- Provide assistance to the sales team, including managing inquiries, scheduling appointments, and preparing documents.
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls promptly and accurately.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
Qualifications:
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred.
- Familiarity with office equipment such as printers, copiers, and fax machines.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
