Customer Service Representative

CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

Responsibilities:

• Strong communication skills
• Provide exceptional Customer Service
• Answer phones and help the customer through any questions or concerns they may have
• Respond promptly to Customer Service calls and email inquiries
• Maintain proper communication with Sales Rep for approvals
• Approve and print orders over budget
• Provide customers with information about products and services
• Resolve customer problems and complaints
• Process customer orders and returns
• Reach out to customer to obtain any missing orders by deadline
• Keep accurate records of customer interactions
• Run reporting as requested
• Any additional tasks that may be requested by manager

Skills & Qualifications

• Excellent communication abilities, including speaking, writing and active listening
• Effective organization and time management skills, like prioritization, multitasking and planning
• Great Customer Service skills, including a personable and positive attitude
• Good computer skills, including basic troubleshooting and using word processing, spreadsheet, presentation and email software applications
• Demonstrate strong teamwork.
• Keen attention to detail
