CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
Responsibilities:
- Strong communication skills
- Provide exceptional Customer Service
- Answer phones and help the customer through any questions or concerns they may have
- Respond promptly to Customer Service calls and email inquiries
- Maintain proper communication with Sales Rep for approvals
- Approve and print orders over budget
- Provide customers with information about products and services
- Resolve customer problems and complaints
- Process customer orders and returns
- Reach out to customer to obtain any missing orders by deadline
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions
- Run reporting as requested
- Any additional tasks that may be requested by manager
Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent communication abilities, including speaking, writing and active listening
- Effective organization and time management skills, like prioritization, multitasking and planning
- Great Customer Service skills, including a personable and positive attitude
- Good computer skills, including basic troubleshooting and using word processing, spreadsheet, presentation and email software applications
- Demonstrate strong teamwork.
- Keen attention to detail
