We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team! We are a local business here in the Midway area. You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and scheduling appointments.
Responsibilities:
- Answering phones
- Some secretarial work
- Customer courtesy calls
- Appointment scheduling
- Handle customer inquiries and direct complaints
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
