SalaryThis position will support and manage new and existing customer accounts, and function as the customer advocate to deliver on commitments and ensure customer satisfaction. This is a full-time position working Monday through Friday during normal business hours. Strong preference to candidate with military or law enforcement background.
Primary Responsibilities
- Support and manage new and existing customer accounts
- Function as the customer advocate to deliver on commitments and ensure customer satisfaction
- Support business development as an internal resource
- Develop quotes for individuals, dealers, distributors, government agencies and OEM accounts
- Receive and verify new orders received via email, phone, fax, U.S. postal and website. Enter verified orders into the accounting system and provide the customer an order confirmation.
- Answer incoming calls and route calls to the appropriate department or personnel
- Support walk-in customers as needed
Required Competencies and Expectations
- Proficient using Microsoft Office applications
- Familiarity with military and/or law enforcement gear/equipment
- Prior relevant work experience preferred
- Previous military and/or law enforcement experience preferred
- Steady work history
- Proficient organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly motivated and work well in a fast pace, team oriented environment
- Detail oriented with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction at all times
- Fluent speaking, reading and writing in English, and fully capable of following written and verbal instructions
