Customer Service Representative
Super Bright LEDs is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to add to its call center team. Customer service is an essential part of the marketing of an organization. Marketing does not end with sales; it includes after-sales services also. This means communicating with customers and answering queries.
This is a full-time position located in Earth City, MO working 8:00am to 4:30pm Monday through Friday. Local candidates to the St. Louis area (Missouri and Illinois) only please.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with inquiries via email, phone, and chat
- Listen to customer queries patiently and solve
- Respond to customers’ problems promptly
- Place phone orders for customers
- Assist in preparing Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMAs)
- Coordinate internally to find solutions and resolve matters
Qualifications:
- High school diploma
- Knowledge of Customer Service ethics, principles, and procedures
- Proficiency in administrative and documentation procedures
- Computer proficient
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good listening skills
- Attention to detail
