· Account Resolution Corporation, a leading collection agency and receivables management firm based in Chesterfield, Mo is seeking to fill several collector positions due to recent organic growth.
· The collection position involves handling inbound/ outbound phone calls, asking for payment in full on every call or negotiating payment plans, responding to correspondence, and utilizing professional judgement on account work standards.
· ARC is an industry leader looking to hire motivated self-starters who are comfortable resolving hundreds of accounts and phone calls daily.
