Duties:
- Provide exceptional Customer Service by phone, email, and chat
- Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and requests
- Schedule service calls and deliveries for customers
- Filing
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Payment collection
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
- Follow company policies and procedures for Customer Service

Qualifications:
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Fluent in English
- Previous experience in Customer Service or a related field preferred, but not needed
- Strong ability to analyze and solve problems effectively
- Be punctual, and reliable for your shift
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Have basic computer knowledge
