Customer Service Representative/Receptionist

Virginia Dare Extract Co., Inc. is a privately held innovative flavor company headquartered in Carteret, New Jersey. We are looking for a Customer Service Representative / Receptionist to support us in our new facility in Carteret, New Jersey.

Responsibilities:

• Answer and direct all incoming calls and inquiries in a very polite and professional manner.
• Receive visitors at the front desk by welcoming, directing, and announcing them to hosts.
• Log in and distribute small package deliveries & various other administrative tasks/
• Create, maintain and distribute Customer Visit Requests.
• Represent Virginia Dare for various customers.
• Order processing, entry, expediting and tracing.
• Assist Customer Service Manager in all aspects of Customer Service.
• Interface with other areas of the office, production and sales staff.
• Ability to solve problems from inception to completion.
• Handle prices quotes, complaints and damages,
• Ability to multitask, prioritize work, stay neat and organized through a busy day.
• Assist Marketing Department with price quotes and other departments with special administrative projects.

Attributes:

· Proficient in Word and Excel.

· Strong written and oral communication skills

· Strong verbal and written skills. Attention to detail and accuracy.

· Prior reception & administrative duties experience a MUST.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $40,000.00 per year
