Key Position Details:

• Shift Timing: Full-time shift from 10:30 am to 7:00 pm, Tuesday through Saturday; Part-time shifts to be determined based on availability.
• Flexibility: A commitment to working weekends and evenings is essential, reflecting our dedication to meeting client needs at all hours.

Qualities We Seek:

Key Requirements:

• Customer Service Excellence: Prior experience in Customer Service roles.
• Exceptional Communication: Outstanding Customer Service and communication skills.
• Tech Proficiency: Strong computer literacy and excellent phone skills.
• Organizational Skills: Ability to multitask, attention to detail, and excellent organizational skills.
• Driver's License: A clean California driver's license is mandatory.
