Our office is quickly growing and we are looking to bring someone on that we can train to learn a whole new industry! The position offered is full time and there is room for advancement. Our Customer Service Representative needs to exceed Customer Service standards to current clients while also assisting prospects as they call in.
No prior experience is necessary. We have an established and successful training program that will allow you to build knowledge in the insurance industry.

Responsibilities
- Process customer policy change requests.
- Enter data into insurance quoting software.
- Handle electronic payments from customers.
- Verify phone numbers, addresses and email addresses with each customer contact and update customer information.
- Answer and transfer incoming phone calls.
- Responds to all inquiries, cancellation requests, and sales requests within specified timeframe.
