Key Responsibilities:
As our Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations and top-notch customer support. Your responsibilities will include:
- Showcasing your exceptional communication skills by submitting daily reports to clients via email and web portals.
- Mastering the art of handling incoming phone calls from clients, auctions, and transporters, delivering a high level of Customer Service with every interaction.
- Demonstrating your knack for data entry as you manage simple Excel spreadsheets with speed and precision.
- Embracing your organizational prowess by scanning and filing important documents efficiently.
- Tackling basic accounting tasks with confidence and accuracy.
- Excelling in managing team time reporting tasks to keep everyone on track and focused.
Required Qualifications:
- A high school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred).
- Minimum of six months of Customer Service and/or data entry experience.
- Proven ability to thrive in a team environment, contributing to the success of the entire organization.
- Strong data entry and PC skills, with a minimum typing speed of 50 words per minute.
- Ability to navigate the internet, perform Google searches, and work with Customer Relationship Management applications.
- Excellent active listening skills, enabling you to provide top-notch Customer Service over the phone.
- A knack for working under pressure in a fast-paced environment, consistently delivering quality work even under tight deadlines.
- Top-tier organization and filing skills to keep everything running smoothly.
- Applicants must pass an F.B.I. background check covering the last 15 years.
Preferred Qualifications:
While not required, the following qualifications are preferred and will be considered an advantage:
- Experience in office support, clerical work, Customer Service, administrative roles, receptionist/front desk roles, accounting, payroll time management, and knowledge of Recovery Database Network portal.
