- Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Communicate with customers proactively, providing updates on requests, delays, and other relevant information.
- Stay informed about industry best practices and Customer Service trends.
- Proven experience in a Customer Service role
- Strong communication skills in English with a neutral accent.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Previous experience working in a US-based company.
- Availability to work during Pacific Standard Time (PST).
- Familiarity with CRM systems and Customer Service software is a plus.
- Must be residing in Philippines or Argentina.
