Salary We are looking for a Small Engine and Parts Customer Support Representative that can provide considerate and high-quality customer support via phone in topics such as warranty, technical support, and parts orders for small engines. Must be customer friendly, a team player and keep projects moving to meet deadlines.
Responsibilities and Duties
Provide superior Customer Service Answer customer questions on repair and service of units Identify parts via part breakdown or customer description Ability to learn and address customer issues with small engines and generators Process Warranty claims and customer orders Document customer issues and follow up with customers if needed Qualifications and Skills Customer service experience Small engine or automotive experience Electrical Background a plus Consistent work history Display extensive product knowledge Education / Training Requirements High school diploma Compensation Strong benefits Competitive pay Casual atmosphere
Hours: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm
Pay is based on expierence
