We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and assisting them with their inquiries and concerns. Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions
- Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, and resolving any issues or complaints
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up with customers or provide updates on their requests
- Perform data entry tasks to update customer information in the system
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and resolution of any escalated matters
- Meet or exceed individual performance goals and contribute to the overall success of the Customer Service team
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Proficient in data entry and navigating computer systems
- Previous Customer Service experience is preferred
- Sales experience is a plus
