Triple Threat Consulting is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team. We have a great relationship with our customer base, so we strive to serve them with the highest quality Customer Service and be the bridge for all their needs. This position is entry-level and no experience is required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify customer’s concerns and needs
- Convey basic understanding of products and services
- Develop customer relationships
- Manage and maintain customer accounts
- Document interactions and update customer accounts as needed
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven time management skills and ability to multitask
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Ability to create lasting relationships
- Strong communication skills
- Customer service, retail and/or restaurant experience preferred
