Our supply chain network now branches across the Pacific and into South America.
Position Overview
Our rapidly growing business is seeking a self-motivated Customer Service Representative. We require outstanding Customer Service, organizational and follow-through skills. We are seeking a team player with the ability to prioritize, solve customer issues independently and ensure timely processing of purchase order requisitions.
Responsibilities
· Manage the day-to-day needs of a portfolio of multi-million dollars accounts, including the processing of purchase order requisitions.
· Track orders and follow through for customer.
· Interact with account managers, and distribution facilities regarding supply requirements.
· Lead and Manage customer feedback and coordinate resolutions internally.
· Embrace and exceed customer expectations.
Job Requirements
· College degree or 3 years’ experience in business, Customer Service or account management experience
· Must have strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent organizational and follow up skills, and robust attention to detail.
· Results oriented and self-motivated with ability to multitask under tight deadlines.
· Strong analytical skills and problem-solving techniques.
· Strong computer skills using Microsoft Office required.
