Our Customer Service Representatives assist customers throughout every stage of their purchase and ensure that they find the perfect fit for their needs. In addition, they develop quality relationships with customers, making them feel inspired, confident, and admired while providing them with relevant and memorable solutions. They also work closely with other employees to demonstrate, promote, and sell products and services within sales demands. Responsibilities As A Customer Service Representative:
- Attend training sessions to increase product knowledge and improve sales margins
- Confidently provide advice to customers regarding merchandise style, sales promotions, and company history
- Ensure proper attitude, behavior, and respect for our brand and policies
- Developing authentic relationships with consumers by assessing their needs, making personalized product recommendations, and creating a luxury experience
- Answer a wide array of customer inquiries, such as product knowledge, pricing, and item availability
- Cultivating and maintaining strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and increased sales revenue
- Gather new sales tactics by attending networking and working events
