Responsibilities As A Customer Service Representative:

• Attend training sessions to increase product knowledge and improve sales margins
• Confidently provide advice to customers regarding merchandise style, sales promotions, and company history
• Ensure proper attitude, behavior, and respect for our brand and policies
• Developing authentic relationships with consumers by assessing their needs, making personalized product recommendations, and creating a luxury experience
• Answer a wide array of customer inquiries, such as product knowledge, pricing, and item availability
• Cultivating and maintaining strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and increased sales revenue
• Gather new sales tactics by attending networking and working events
