Job Description
PURPOSE:
Maintenance the SAP SCM (MM, PP, SD, PM, QM, WM, TM), FCM application (FI, CO, TR), SAP HR or ABAP at least 2 modules. Improve SAP system process & solution with best solution. Configure & implement new or changing process. Led the ERP maintenance/project responsibilities, issue management.
NOTE:
FI/CO Specialization is a must. Candidate must be able to manage, troubleshoot, write, develop and debug FI/CO modules.
Requirements:Essential Duties:
- Analyze user or new business requirements and improve the system process.
- Design and review the To-Be process.
- Configure SAP system (IMG) and request 'CTS release'.
- Make a functional design for the ABAP program and interface program.
- EDI requirement analysis & design with EDI Consultant.
- Perform functional tests for system configuration and develop programs.
- Preview the system change effect and decide to implement to the productive system.
- Make user's manual and training user.
- Manage SAP user authorization
- Monitor ERP system schedule job error, and interface error, and check the data accuracy.
- Support and research problems with interface transactions (IDOC, EDI…)
- Support user ERP operating and give a response back to user request.
- Troubleshoot all ERP system issues with functional or ABAP consultant
- Perform an ERP project and internal/external system interface project.
- Perform team work plan, task prioritization, and issue management.
- Manage performance of Consultant, team KPI, and end-user satisfaction.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Education / Skill / Experience Requirements:
More than 8 years of experience with SAP implementation 2 full life cycles as a professional functional consultant or system maintenance at least 2 modules as an ERP system engineer.
Ability to handle multiple tasks, modules, and sites. Knowledge of DBMS and ABAP programming.
SAP R/3 Professional consultant certification is required.
Accounting or Supply Chain Management or Computer Science degree is preferred.
