Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring their needs are met. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys interacting with people and has a passion for delivering excellent Customer Service.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
- Provide information about products, services, and promotions to customers
- Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, and resolving any issues or concerns
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up with customers and ensure their satisfaction
- Analyze customer feedback and provide suggestions for improving our products and services
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction goals are met
Experience:
- Previous experience in a Customer Service role is preferred
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to think quickly on your feet
- Sales experience is a plus
- Proficient in data entry and computer skills
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable, particularly in English
