- Provide exceptional Customer Service by answering incoming calls, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving customer issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up with customers, provide updates, and gather feedback.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently to update customer information and maintain records.
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette by maintaining a friendly and helpful demeanor while communicating with customers.
- Utilize strong English language skills to effectively communicate with customers, both verbally and in writing.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve sales goals.
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services to enhance their experience.
- Upsell products or services when appropriate to maximize sales opportunities.
